Revision Policy

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package. You may request revisions as specified in your package details. We aim to provide the best service and will continue revising until your needs are met.

No additional charges will apply unless the design concepts are changed. Revised designs will be delivered within 48 hours. Changes requested after finalization will be considered a new order.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided if any of the following apply:

  • You chose a special package.
  • The primary design concept was approved.
  • You requested revisions.
  • The cancellation reason is unrelated to the company.
  • No contact was made for more than 2 weeks.
  • Company policies were violated.
  • You consulted another designer for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacked necessary details.
  • You requested a complete design change.
  • The refund request exceeded the allowed time frame.
  • The business is closing or changing names.
  • Refunds will not be given for reasons such as "change of mind" or "partner disagreement".
  • If dissatisfied with one service in a bundle, refund only applies to that service — not the entire bundle.
  • No refunds after 15 days from purchase date.
  • Non-refundable services: SEO, social media management, domain registration, trademarks, hosting, SSL/DDoS, etc.
  • A partial refund (max 25%) is possible if no brief is received within 10 days.

Note: Global Agile Publishers reserves the right to reject any project or cancel contracts when deemed necessary. Post-refund, all rights to submitted designs revert to the company.

After receiving your refund, you forfeit all rights to the submitted designs. These designs will be registered with copyright agencies to protect intellectual property.

We maintain records of finalized designs. If an order is misplaced, we can resend the files.

  • We are not liable for third-party communication or damages.
  • Project activation charges apply if the client does not respond for over 45 days.
